I'm an abstract painter & mixed-media artist working primarily in acrylic, digital art & encaustic. I’ve exhibited nationally & my works are in private & permanent gallery collections.

My abstract paintings explore impulse & control as I work toward transferring a charged, dynamic energy. I layer free-form markings with structured shapes & merge carefully prepared palettes with spontaneous choices – leaning into chance while proceeding with intention. My digital & mixed-media pieces incorporate conceptual & industrial imagery with graphics – printed on varied substrates, often with layers of wood & encaustic wax added.

My experience in the Fine Arts industry includes work as a corporate art consultant & roles as an in-house studio artist for both The Metropolitan Museum & Christie’s Auction House. These experiences allowed for direct, hands-on exposure to a wide range of art from antiquity to contemporary. Visual & conceptual references often come from memories & interactions I’ve had living in diverse communities across the US – including NYC, SF Bay, Scranton & Raleigh/Durham. I have a BFA in Illustration & create digital art for clients including Apple, Google & global advertising agencies.
